JeroGames (“we”, “us”, or “our”) publishes mobile apps including Mole Digger, and operates websites such as jerogames.com (the “Services”). This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1) Data we collect

• Device & identifiers (model, OS version, language, IP, advertising identifiers like IDFA/AAID).
• Usage & diagnostics (events, impressions/clicks, performance, crash logs).
• Approximate location (e.g., from IP) for fraud prevention, analytics, and ad delivery.
• Purchase metadata (product ID, timestamp) to fulfill/restore in-app purchases; we don’t receive your full payment details from app stores.
• Info you provide if you contact us (email address, message contents).

2) How we use data

• Operate and improve the Services.
• Serve and measure advertising, including rewarded ads.
• Security, fraud prevention, and integrity.
• Analytics and product improvement.
• Customer support.

3) Advertising, Tracking & SDKs (AdMob)

We use third-party ad networks, primarily Google AdMob, which may collect/receive device identifiers, usage data, approximate location, and other signals to show, measure, and (where permitted) personalize ads.

• Tracking technologies: our apps include SDKs that use identifiers like IDFA/AAID and similar technologies for ad delivery/measurement.
• Personalized ads: where consent is required, we request it; if declined, we show non-personalized ads where applicable.

4) Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Bases include consent (e.g., for personalized ads/analytics when required), legitimate interests (security, basic analytics), and contract (to provide requested features such as purchases).

5) Sharing

We share data with service providers (hosting, crash reporting, analytics, ad networks). We may disclose data to comply with law, enforce terms, or in corporate transactions. We don’t knowingly “sell” personal data; to the extent ad personalization may be considered “sale/sharing”, see Your choices to opt out.

6) Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

7) Your rights

• EEA/UK: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection; withdraw consent at any time.
• US (certain states): rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing/targeted ads.

8) Your choices & controls

• iOS App Tracking Transparency: allow/deny tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Personalized ads: reset/limit advertising IDs (iOS/Android) and use in-app privacy dialogs where available.

9) Children

Not directed to children under 13 (or local age). If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.

10) Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data; no system is 100% secure.

11) International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than yours, with appropriate safeguards where required.

We host https://jerogames.com/app-ads.txt to declare authorized sellers of our ad inventory.

13) Changes

We may update this Policy. We’ll update the “Effective date” and provide additional notice where required.
