JeroGames ("we", "us", or "our") publishes mobile apps including Block Flood, Mole Digger, and PhrasePop Quiz, and operates websites such as jerogames.com (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.
Device & identifiers: device model, operating system version, language, IP address, advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA/AAID), and anonymous user IDs (Firebase Authentication).
Usage & diagnostics: in-app events, impressions/clicks, performance metrics, crash logs, and gameplay data (levels completed, hints used).
Approximate location: derived from IP address for fraud prevention, analytics, and ad delivery.
User content: optional public nickname (only if you reach Top 10 on the global leaderboard), game scores (points and coins).
Purchase metadata: product ID and timestamp to fulfill or restore in-app purchases (we do not receive full payment details; purchases are handled by the app store).
Contact info: any info you provide when you contact us (email address, message contents).
We use data to operate and improve the Services, serve and measure advertising (including rewarded ads), provide customer support, ensure security and fraud prevention, maintain leaderboard functionality, and for analytics and product improvements.
We use third-party ad networks (primarily Google AdMob) and backend services (Firebase by Google). These partners may collect or receive device identifiers, usage data, approximate location, and other signals to show, measure, and (where permitted) personalize ads.
Tracking technologies: our apps include SDKs that may use identifiers such as IDFA/AAID and similar technologies for ad delivery and measurement. Where consent is required for personalized advertising, we request it; if consent is declined we show non-personalized ads where applicable.
Firebase services: We use Firebase Authentication (anonymous user IDs) and Firebase Realtime Database to provide global leaderboard functionality. Your nickname (if provided) and scores are stored on Firebase servers and visible to other players.

Where applicable in the EEA/UK, legal bases for processing include consent (e.g., personalized ads and analytics where required), legitimate interests (security, basic analytics, leaderboard functionality), and contract (providing paid features and purchases).
We share data with service providers (hosting, crash reporting, analytics, ad networks, Firebase backend). We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or in connection with corporate transactions. We do not knowingly "sell" personal data; to the extent ad personalization may be considered a sale/sharing, see the choices section.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention practices. Leaderboard data is retained while you remain in the Top 10.
EEA/UK residents: rights include access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawing consent. In certain US states you may have rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing/targeted ads. To exercise rights, email: jerodevelapp@gmail.com. iOS App Tracking Transparency: you can allow or deny tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. You may reset or limit advertising identifiers on iOS/Android. In-app privacy dialogs will be used where available to request consent for personalization.
Leaderboard: Participation in the global leaderboard is optional. You can choose not to provide a nickname.
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the local minimum age). If you believe a child provided personal data to us, contact us to request removal.
We implement reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
We host https://jerogames.com/app-ads.txt to declare authorized sellers of our ad inventory.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" and provide notices where required by law.
